1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use QuickValley Nurtura only for lawful educational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt our neural learning systems, reverse-engineer platform components, or share your account credentials with third parties.
2. Accounts and Registration
Creating an account requires accurate contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
All subscriptions are billed in advance. Pricing is displayed clearly in the catalog before checkout. We process payments securely through trusted providers and do not store full card details on our servers.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase if no lessons have been accessed. Contact support for assistance.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, neural learning algorithms, and platform interfaces are the exclusive property of QuickValley Nurtura. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial reuse is prohibited.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations
Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. QuickValley Nurtura shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.
